Early withdrawal penalties will be imposed, based on maturity of certificate. For certificates 90 days in maturity or less, a penalty will equal 90 days dividends on the amount withdrawn, maturities of six months and greater will have a penalty of six months dividends. All penalties will be incurred whether the dividends have been earned or not.
